These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Four Steps Entertainment venues, experiences, and services, including our BattleKart and GameOn attractions across Saudi Arabia. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or visiting any of our branches, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking or entering one of our venues you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as any branch-specific safety rules and signage displayed on-site.
2. Bookings & Reservations
When you complete a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation along with a unique booking reference. Please present your booking reference when you arrive at your selected branch. After completing your check-in, our team will assign you to the nearest available game slot.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). Available payment methods are presented during the booking process. Prices, packages, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
4. Safety & Height Requirements
For everyone's safety, BattleKart driving requires a minimum height of 145 cm. You are responsible for ensuring that every participant in your party meets this requirement. Guests must follow all staff instructions at all times and respect other players and the venue rules. Anyone who does not meet the published safety requirements may be refused participation, without refund.
5. Arrival & Check-in
Please arrive early at your selected branch to complete your check-in. Players are assigned to the nearest available game slot upon arrival, so please present your booking confirmation when you arrive. All players must complete registration before entering the arena. Late arrivals may experience longer waiting times depending on venue capacity.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to our Refund Policy. If you wish to change your booking before the booking date, we will do our best to reschedule it, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable on the booking date, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or a reschedule. Please contact your selected branch as early as possible if your plans change.
7. Conduct at Our Venues
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and to follow all instructions given by our staff. We may remove, without refund, any guest who behaves dangerously, damages equipment, or disrupts the experience of others.
8. Liability
Participation in active entertainment carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, Four Steps Entertainment is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a guest’s failure to follow safety rules or staff instructions.
9. Brand & Franchise Notice
BattleKart is operated by Four Steps Entertainment under a franchise arrangement. All related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Four Steps Entertainment is responsible for the operation of its own venues and services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
